In this workshop you’ll learn how to create two of the most precious jewels of this wild and sunny island: Culurgiones, filled ravioli with a unique flavour (made with potatoes, pecorino, mint and garlic), and gnocchetti, small shell-shaped pastas synonymous with conviviality, which we’ll enjoy with the typical tomato, fennel sausage and saffron sauce.
We’ll be working with authentic products, such as durum wheat semolina and pecorino cheese, for a total immersion in the flavours of the Mediterranean.
The price includes wine and a Sardinian liqueur.
