There’s nothing more satisfying than a plate of fresh pasta with a filling! Ravioli of all shapes, tortelli… in this workshop we’ll have fun creating pasta in different shapes, with a delicious veggie filling!
As usual, we’ll be looking at pasta preparation from A to Z, from preparing the dough, to working with the machine, to actually making the pasta and cooking it!
We’ll also be cutting up tagliatelle, which we’ll enjoy with a seasonal pesto!
